Bruce grew up in Winter Haven, Florida. After working in construction for a local builder, Bruce worked in a custom cabinet shop, and then opened Ball Cabinets Inc. in 1975.
During the 30 years that he owned the business, Bruce did work for K-Mart; building in-store restaurants, including their maintenance and repairs, from Key West to Virginia.
Bruce has purchased, renovated and sold many distressed properties. He built and sold a 3526 square foot duplex.
This experience gives Bruce a true insight into the overall building process. Certainly a large benefit to buyers that appreciate construction answers and information when looking to purchase or build a home.
